Hardware: 28 wood dowels, 18 2" screws, 6 cam-lock pins, 6 cam-lock caps, 5 small screws . |
check all the packed boards: (from left) 3 Vertical Boards (VB), 1 Right Side Board (RSB), 1 Left Side Board (LSB) |
check all the packed boards: (from left) 1 Toe-kick Base Board (TBB), 1 Top Horizontal Boards (THB), 1 Middle Horizontal Boards (MHB), 1 Bottom Horizontal Boards (BHB)

identify the horizontal boards from other side: (from left) Top Horizontal Boards (THB), Middle Horizontal Boards (MHB), 1 Bottom Horizontal Boards (BHB) |
1 Back Board (BB) |
drop wood glue in the holes for wood dowels on the end of all 3 Vertical Boards (VB) |
place wood dowels in the holes for wood dowels (middle)
pay attention to the size of the holes for wood dowels |
hammer the wood dowels all the way into the holes

Warning: Make sure to hammer the wood dowels all the way into the vertical boards, (leaving about 3/8” out), to avoid damaging the Horizontal Boards.

do the same at the other end of the Vertical Boards (VB)
|
lay the Top Horizontal Board (THB) on a table. The Top Horizontal Board board is the one with no holes on one side |
turn the THB to the other side. there are 2 holes (middle) for wood dowels, and 2 holes for cam-lock pines.
install 4 cam-lock pins by hand and fasten the pins with a screwdriver
Warning: never hammer wood dowels directly on Horizontal Boards, to avoid damaging the board from other side.

drop wood glue in the holes for wood dowels |
install one of the Vertical Boards (VB) by lining up the holes with the cam-lock pins
gently push the board down with hand |
install the other Vertical Board |
install the cam-lock caps

install the cam-lock caps and secure them with a screwdriver
|
drop glue on the tips of the wood dowels on the Vertical Boards |
lineup the wood dowels in the holes of the Middle Horizontal Board (MHB) |
gently push or hammer the Middle Horizontal Board (MHB) with a mallet |
insert 4 2" screws in the holes |
Fasten the 2" screws with the wrench (supplied) |
or a power screwdriver

install 2 cam-lock pins on Middle Horizontal Board (MHB) as you did with the THB before |
drop wood glue in the holes for wood dowels |
install the last Vertical Boards (VB) by lining up the holes with the cam-lock pins |
install the cam-lock caps and secure them with a screwdriver |
drop glue on the tips of the wood dowels on the Vertical Board

place Bottom Horizontal Board (BHB) on the Vertical Board, lineup the wood dowels in the holes of the MHB. |
insert 2 2" screws in the holes |
Fasten the 2" screws with the wrench (supplied) |
or a power screwdriver |
turn the furniture side way on floor |
hammer wood dowels to the Toe-kick Base Boards (TBB) |
drop glue in the holes on BHB for the Toe-kick Base Board |
install the Tor-kick Base Board (TBB) |
drop glue in the holes for the wood dowels |
insert the wood dowels |
hammer the wood dowels all the way into the holes

drop glue in the holes for the wood dowels on both Right and Left Side Boards
Warning: never hammer wood dowels directly on Side Boards, to avoid damaging the board from other side.

line up the Left Side Board with the wood dowels and slots for the back board

install the Side Board by lining up the holes with the wood dowels, and push with hand gently
|
insert 6 2" screws in the holes |
fasten the 2' screws with wrench |
... or a power screwdriver |
turn the furniture to the other side |
insert the Back Board (BB),
make sure the holes on the Back Board line up with the Vertical Boards |
make sure the Back Board is all the way inside the slots |
drop glue inside the holes for wood dowels |
insert wood dowels in the holes |
hammer the wood dowels all the way into the holes

make sure drop glue in the holes for the wood dowels on the Right Side Board |
install the Right Side Board |
insert the 6 2" screws |
fasten the 2' screws with wrench or power screwdriver

turn the furniture on its base |
secure the Back Board with the 5 small screws, by following the holes on the board |
