Tools needed (from left) : wrench, screwdriver, power drill, mallet, hammer, wood glue

Hard ware (from left): secure wood brace, wood dowels, cam lock, pin for cam lock, 2" screws, 1' black screws, small screws

Check all the boards: (from left) 2 horizontal boards, 2 toe kick boards, 15 shelf boards, 2 side boards, 4 middle vertical shelf boards, 1 backboard (back)

drop wood glue in the holes for wood dowels on the end of middle vertical shelf boards

lay the top horizontal shelf board upside down

 

Warning: never hammer wood dowels directly on horizontal shelf boards, to avoid damaging the board from other side.

do the same on the other side of the boards

put glue and wood dowels on the toe kick boards

choose the top horizontal shelf board, which is the one with no holes on one side

lay the top horizontal shelf board on a table of solid surface, with the slots side up. make sure the slot for the back board is in the back. install pins with screw driver

put the glue in the middle holes

install the vertical middle shelf boards gently by hand, make sure the smooth size is facing outside

secure the boards with cam locks and make sure the arrow on the cam lock is downward. fasten the cam lock with screwdriver

same on the other side

glue the holes in the middle rows of the bottom horizontal boards

install the board on top of the vertical middle shelf boards

gently hammer the board in with mallet or band

fasten the board with 2" screws

or a wrench

install the toe kick boards and make sure the logo is in front of the furniture. make sure to use glue for the boles

slide the installed furniture on the floor slowly

turn the furniture side way

glue the holes for wood dowels

hammer the wood dowels all the way in

put the glue in the holes on both side boards

choose one of the side board that match the slot for the backboard. pound the board in gently with hand or mallet

fasten the board with 2" screws

insert the shelf boards in by pushing into the slots with hand. make sure the smooth side of the boards facing outside

 

insert the shelf boards from back and make sure the rough side is facing back

rotate the furniture to the other side

insert the backboard

 

glue the holes for wood dowels

hammer the wood dowels all the way in

fasten the board with 2" screws

insert the shelf boards in by pushing into the slots with hand. make sure the smooth side of the boards facing outside

do the side first

do the center last

turn the furniture in the normal way

for extra sturdiness, install the wood blocks at the top corners of the third shelf

use glue and the 1' black screws to secure the block on the vertical side board

on the other side

make a mark 12" from the bottom board

install a small screw near the edge of the sideboard, make sure it is screwed on the block on the other side

secure the backboard with small screws
