Installation Guide

Tools needed (from left) : wrench, screwdriver, power drill, mallet, hammer, wood glue

Hard ware (top row from left): 30- wood dowels, 14- 2" screws, 2- 1' black screws, 6- small screws.
(bottom row from left): 2- secure wood braces, 1- wrench

Check all the boards: (top row from left) 1- backboard (BB) (back), 1- top horizontal board (THB), 1- bottom horizontal board (BHB)
(bottom row from left): 12- shelf boards(SB), 3- middle vertical shelf boards (MVB), 2- toe kick boards (TK), 2 side boards (SB) (left and right)

drop wood glue in the holes for wood dowels (in the middle) on the end of middle vertical shelf boards (MVB)

Hammer the wood dowels all the way to the middle vertical boards

Warning: Make sure to hammer the wood dowels all the way into the vertical boards, (leaving about 3/8” out), to avoid damaging the Horizontal Boards.

Make sure the wood dowels only go into the holes in the middle of the boards

do the same on the other side of the boards

put glue and wood dowels on the toe kick boards (TK)

choose the top horizontal shelf board (THB), which is the one with no holes on one side

lay the top horizontal shelf board on a table of solid surface, with the holes and slots side up.

put the glue in the holes of the middle two rows

Warning: never hammer wood dowels directly on horizontal shelf board, to avoid damaging the board from other side.

install the vertical middle shelf boards (MVB) gently by hand

Warning: Make sure the sides with 4 holes are on top

Push the board gently with hand or a mallet
make sure the smooth size is facing outside

make sure the rough side of the vertical boards (MVB) line up with the slot on the top horizontal board (THB)

glue the holes in the middle rows of the bottom horizontal board (BHB)

install the bottom horizontal board (BHB) on top of the vertical middle shelf boards

gently hammer the board in with mallet or push by band

insert 2" screws in the holes on the (BHB)

fasten the board with 2" screws

with a screw driver

or the wrench provided

drop the glue in the holes for the toe kick boards i

install the toe kick boards and make sure the logo is in front of the furniture.

so the same for the other side

wait a while to let the glue set in place.

move the furniture gently on the floor and turn the furniture side way

glue the holes for wood dowels at the end of the boards

hammer the wood dowels all the way in

Warning: Make sure to hammer the wood dowels all the way into the vertical boards, (leaving about 3/8” out), to avoid damaging the Horizontal Boards.

drop wood glue in the holes for wood dowels on both side boards (SB)

Warning: never hammer wood dowels directly on horizontal shelf board, to avoid damaging the board from other side.

choose one of the side board (SB) that match the slot for the backboard. pound the board in gently with hand or mallet

make sure the slot on the side board (SB) matches the slots on the boards installed already

fasten the board with 2" screws

or by a screw driver

the furniture should look like this

rotate the furniture to the other side

insert the shelf boards (SB) in the middle of two rows, by pushing into the slots with hand. make sure the smooth side of the boards facing outside

insert the back board (BB) into the slot

push the back board (BB) all the way to the slots on all sides

drop glue the holes for the wood dowels. hammer the wood dowels all the way in

choose one of the other side board (SB) that match the slot for the backboard. pound the board in gently with hand or mallet

fasten the board with 2" screws

do the side first

do the center last

insert the shelf boards (SB) in by pounding the boards into the slots gently with hand.

Make sure to the side first and the center last

make sure the smooth side of the boards facing outside

insert the shelf boards in by pounding the boards into the slots gently with hand.

make sure do the side first and middle last. it should look like this

turn the furniture upside down and install the shelf boards (SB) as previous steps

finished the installation

secure the backboard (BB) with small screws

You may purchase the plastic trays at any building supply or general stores, such as Home Depot, Lowe's, or Walmart, etc.

Optional:

for extra sturdiness, install the wood blocks (provided) at the top corners of the third shelf board

use glue and the 1' black screws (provided) to secure the block on the side board (SB)

at the backside of the furniture, make a mark 12" from the bottom board

install a small screw near the edge of the sideboard, make sure it is screwed on the block on the other side
