drop glue in holes for wood dowels on the end of the boards

hammer in the wood dowels all the way in

Warning: Make sure to hammer the wood dowels all the way into the boards, (leaving about 3/8” out), to avoid damaging other boards.

Learningground is not liable if the installer misses this step.

hammer in the wood dowels in the toe kick boards

put glue in the holes on the bottom shelf (with a slot)

install the toe kick boards

make sure the back toe kick board (no logo) on the side of the slot

make sure the front toe kick board (with logo) line up in the front

put glue in holes for wood dowels on the side boards

Warning: never hammer wood dowels directly on side boards, to avoid damaging the board from other side.

install the magnet on the middle shelf boards (there are pre drilled holes) with 3/4" screws (provided)

install the middle shelf board on the sideboard. make sure the rough side lines up with the slot for backboard.

install the bottom shelf with toe kick boards

Make sure the magnet is facing the bottom shelf.

install the other sideboard

use rubber hammer or push the board by hand

use power drill or wrench to fasten the 2" screws (provided)

install the screws on the other side

fasten the screws with power drill or wrench

install the backside board

install wood dowels with glue

hammer in the wood dowels all the way down

For the top part of the hutch: install the wood dowels on the side board of the top part of the hutch. (Recommend to push the wood dowels in by hand)

MARNING: In this step, do not hammer the wood dowel too hard, to prevent damaging the board from the other side.

install the narrow board with glue

make sure the rough edge of the narrow board line up the top of the board

install the middle shelf board for the top part of the hutch

fasten the shelf board with screws

put glue in the hole for the wood dowel on the narrow board

install the cam lock pins and wood dowel on the top board

install the top part of the hutch

fasten the top board with cam locks

install the backboard for the top part of hutch

fasten the bottom board for the top part of the hutch

finished look for the top part of the hutch

install top part of the hutch

fasten the top with black screws (provided)

install the doors with small screws (provided)

install the other side

install the magnet plat with small screw

finished look of the hutch

fasten the backboard with small screws in the pre-drilled holes
